- `navy-800`, 1px `navy-600`, `radius-md`, no shadow.
- `is-live` earns `fdt-glow-sm`; hover shifts the border to `electric-500`.
- Wrap interactive cards in `<a>` for keyboard use. No colored left border, nothing above 8px.
